Working closely with the client and the sales team at Cramer Properties I reused various items from the older display apartments for this project. I then purchased and hired various designer items including original artworks to create a luxurious apartment. This particular apartment had sat on the market for nearly 3 years before it sold a few days after styling it for the price the Vendor was looking for too!
